Youth Olympics (YO)

The APEX Youth Olympics is an annual, marquee outreach event for APEX featuring a full day of sports, team-building games, entertainment, food, leadership and friendship, put on for at-risk Asian Pacific Islander American youth (ages 14-17) and their team leaders - APEX volunteers who are typically community-minded Asian Pacific Islander American professionals interested in giving back.

The purpose of this program is to provide an opportunity for leadership, growth and teamwork for Asian Pacific Islander American youth through a variety of sports, activities, games and friendly competition with positive role models through our volunteers who are the community’s successful professionals and active participants.
