Chair of Administrative Affairs

Vicki is an Actuarial Analyst II with the Senior Business Team at WellPoint, the second largest health insurer in the U.S.  She leads the forecast work to meet management goals for a product with annual revenue over $2 billion.  Prior to joining WellPoint, Vicki worked two years at McGinn Actuaries, an employee benefits consulting firm, where she successfully improved the efficiency of the valuation system for the multi-billion Defined Benefit pension plans.

 

After volunteering for the Youth Olympics and Gala Dinner, Vicki loves the opportunity APEX has to offer, to learn, grow and give back to the community.  She is also the mentee of the first class of APEX C-100 Leadership & Mentoring Program. 

 

Growing up in Hong Kong and California, Vicki graduated from UCLA with a B.S in Mathematics/Applied Science and a minor in Statistics.  Outside of work, Vicki loves to play with her cameras, explore new places in L.A, gain a few unwanted calories (macarons and cakes) and maintain her actuarial hobby.
