Professional Development

APEX Professional Development events vary year to year but are generally workshops, receptions and forums that focus on helping Asian Pacific Islander Americans with their professional development by sharing advice and experience from subject-matter experts and professionals in a particular industry. Attendees have the opportunity to participate in discussions on select topics and build strong relationships with successful leaders in the business community.

Key programs and events that APEX provides include the APEX Mentorship Program and Community Leaders Reception. Other professional development events have included a career conference, and workshops for public speaking, resume building, presentation skills and how to stand out in a work environment.
